  • My linkware and certain linkware for sale sets are for 'free' to use on your personal homepages, ebay sites and tournament pages - as long as you link back to my site on each and every page that you use the graphics.

  • I really do not mind my graphics being used on ebay and tournament sites; what I do mind though is not having the credit for the graphics/sets displayed on each and every page the graphics are on (see below).

  • When using my graphics, please do not just place my banner or logo on just your links or credits pages. I create a matching linking logo on each and every set for this reason. Use this logo on each and every set/page that you use. This is so you are not only crediting the artist but also the designer or the graphics - it's only fair!



  • Please do not include my graphics in any CD collections or clipart. My graphics are not to be sold or distributed with out my permission. My linkware sets that are created with living artists permissions may never be used in anything other then linkware websets.



  • If you are a commercial user and interested in any of my sets (other then the living artists linkware - as above). Please contact me via email or via my contact page. Commercial costs slightly differ as the set/graphics are used in logo's and advertising for the commercial site. My fee's are not large and I am very fair.



  • One of the most important and urgent problems we have online these days is "hotlinking". Most designers are fair and do understand that net newbies are unaware that what they are doing is wrong and unfair. But it has become such an epidemic that it cannot be ignored any longer. (ie: nice letters sent asking politely) If you are planning on using my websets, templates, graphics or anything associated with this site - PLEASE - download to your own computer first and then upload it your site.
